The Minister for Education, Haruna Iddrisu, and the Deputy Minister for Communications and Digital Technology, Mohammed Adams Sukparu, were involved in the road crash on the Bolgatanga-Tumu Road on February 12, 2026. The crash occurred while the ministers and their respective teams were travelling to official engagements in the Upper West Region.
