In both the Banda and Techiman-South constituencies, there were reported some largely NDC-instigated electoral irregularities which are being appropriately sorted out and/or ironed out, even as I write. This may very well explain why Mr. Iddrisu is asking the following rather vacuous and gratuitous question: “With what are we to press our case in court, tomatoes?” I know some of the market gardeners of Tamale grow a delicious variety of tomatoes. Mr. Iddrisu has also in the past been widely reported to have spent at least half of his generously salaried time as a Mahama cabinet appointee – as have at least 50-percent of former Mahama deputy cabinet appointees – shuttling biweekly between London, UK, and Accra, taking expensive courses overseas. This is another salient reason why Ghanaian voters condignly and wisely exercised their electoral discretion by not returning the Mahama-led National Democratic Congress to power in the 2020 General Election. *Visit my blog at: KwameOkoampaAhoofeJrBy Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr., PhDEnglish Department, SUNY-NassauGarden City, New YorkDecember 26, 2020E-mail: [email protected]
