While it’s custom for those who hold military rank — like Prince Charles, Princess Anne and Prince William — to wear their uniforms to state occasions, the entire royal family will be attending Prince Philip’s funeral in standard mourning attire. Princes William and Harry will be separated by their cousin, Peter Phillips, as they walk behind their grandfather’s coffin this weekend. On Sunday, Prince Harry returned to London for the first time since he stepped down as a working royal in 2020.
