Amongst their annual edition which highlights the 350 richest people in Britain, The Sunday Times Magazine reveal their 35 under 35 Rich List, which crowns Ed Sheeran as the richest musician under 35 in the UK, with a wealth of £300m – beating Adele by £135m. Including 2021's 30, Adele has sold more than 100 million albums, and earlier this year she announced that her Las Vegas residency would be extended. Also included in the list is Harry Styles, who had the biggest-selling UK album last year with Harry's House, and starred in the Olivia Wilde-directed Don't Worry Darling, alongside Florence Pugh. Meanwhile Dua Lipa – who recently announced the latest branch of her Service95 platform – just misses the top 20 spot with a fortune of £75m. Analysis of the 35 Under 35 list reveals that the majority made millions on their own, but nine were born into money; about half attended state schools, and at least a third didn’t go on to further education; and most of the rich list come from London or Worcestershire.
