Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Harin Fernando today released excerpts of the report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) into Easter Sunday Attacks, revealing ten conclusions reached by the PCoI. The report which was handed over to the Speaker by the Presidential Secretariat has been place at the Parliamentary library. In Chapter 30, the Commission of Inquiry has mentioned its conclusions and they are;1. The COI concludes on the available evidence that the primary causes for the events of 21st April 2019 are the Wahhabis ideology and groups such as thowheed groups, SLJI and SLJISM. The COI concludes on the available evidence that the events of Easter were funded by the Ibrahim brothers Inshaf and Ilham.
