AHMEDABAD: The Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti PAAS ) core committee on Monday accepted the formula forwarded by Congress leader Kapil Sibal to obtain constitutionally tenable reservation for Patidars Hardik Patel , who remained non-committal on extending open support to Congress, said, "After deliberating on all legal and constitutional aspects, we are convinced there are ways through which the Patidars can be given reservation. ""The Constitution does not put a cap on 50% reservation. There are various judgments of SC through which reservation can also be given to Patidars while remaining in the ambit of the Constitution," he said.
