Hardcore Brexiteers have thrown their weight behind a plan for a no-deal Brexit - but want it delayed until May. It would alter the terms of the no-deal Brexit plan to be voted on tomorrow to extend Article 50 until 10.59pm on May 22 before we leave without a deal. It would also see the UK leave before the European Parliament elections on May 23. If that failed it suggested a no-deal Brexit on March 29 followed by a transition to the end of 2021. The European Research Group (ERG) chairman was among a host of Tory Leave supporters who again refused to get behind Theresa May's Brexit deal.
