Harbor Freight Tools is expanding to South Boston with plans to open a new store in the fall. The South Boston store will be Harbor Freight’s 37th location in Virginia. The company also operates stores in Danville, Roxboro and South Hill, all of which are 25-45 miles from South Boston. With the new store Harbor Freight will bring more than two dozen jobs to town.
