Happy Mondays rockstar Shaun Ryder has revealed he's ditched his wild partying and drug use in favour of staying home and switching on Coronation Street. Shaun, 61, has recalled his previous addictions before making the decision to become addicted to 'cycling and Coronations Street' instead. The star shot to fame in the late 80s as the lead singer of Manchester rock band Happy Mondays known for songs Step On and Kinky Afro. Shaun admitted he was addicted to crack cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine but is now only addicted to 'cycling and Coronation Street'. Again speaking to The Sun, Shaun revealed in 2023: 'I have six kids and five of them have it.
