OPINION: Eddie Jones was recovering from a stroke and under strict instructions to remain in his hospital bed when he last coached against Steve Hansen and his All Blacks. And between 2003 and 2005 they sat in opposing coaches boxes when Hansen worked as an assistant to All Blacks' supremo Graham Henry. After the game Jones, who celebrated with arms aloft at the final whistle, heaped praise upon his team. Then he turned his sights on the media: "We are a bloody good team and lost a few games but won today," Jones said. After a remarkable start to his tenure, in which England won 24 of their 25 games, the all-conquering monster suddenly lost its way.
