To prepare for the large public gathering, full road closures will be in effect from 2:00 PM to midnight on January 31 on the following streets:Trang Tien (from Tran Quang Khai to Ngo Quyen)Phan Chu Trinh (from Ly Thuong Kiet to August Revolution Square)Le Thanh Tong (from Ly Thuong Kiet to August Revolution Square)Co TanLy Thai To (from the State Bank Square to August Revolution Square)Ngo Quyen (from the State Bank Square to Hai Ba Trung)Hai Ba Trung (from Ngo Quyen to Le Thanh Tong)Dang Thai ThanPham Ngu LaoIn addition, common trucks, special-use trucks, and passenger cars with 16 seats or more (except public buses, garbage collection trucks, emergency and authorized service vehicles, and those with security markings) will be entirely banned from several streets.
