HÀ NỘI — The Hanoi Buffaloes lost in dramatic fashion to the Saigon Heat 72-71 in the Việt Nam Basketball Association (VBA) League on September 28 in Hà Nội. The Buffaloes controlled most of the game, and headed into the final quarter with a four point lead. However, the Heat reeled off a 21-14 point run led by David Arnold to secure the victory. It is the third loss in a row for the Buffaloes, leaving them fourth out of six teams in the rankings, with the Heat atop the table. On September 30, the Buffaloes will face defending champions Danang Dragons at Military Zone 5 Gymnasium in Đà Nẵng.
