The Hang Seng Index has gained by 471.03 points, or 1.88 percent at 25,529.02. In mainland China, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index is flat at 3,316.56. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Composite Index is flat at 2,217.21.
