Stocks are flat in Hong Kong at midday The benchmark Hang Seng Index is at 25,655.88, up by just 20.22 points, or 0.08 percent. Tencent Holdings (0700) fell by 0.98 percent at HK$558.50. Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (0388) fell by 0.74 perent at HK$377.20. In mainland China, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index is up by 1.20 percent at 3,360.78. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Composite Index is at 2,266.11, higher by 1.50 percent.
