Hang Seng Bank (0011) will waive 29 general banking fees and charges for services, ranging from deposits and remittances to securities trading and foreign exchange, from January 1, 2021. In addition, the bank will remove charges for additional services for outward remittance instructions and credit card replacement from March 1, 2021. The lender also said that in the first 10 months of the year, use of its personal mobile banking app increased by more than 70 percent compared with a year earlier.
