Asia-Pacific markets including Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell in morning trade on Thursday as traders grapple with optimism around a potential coronavirus vaccine and economic worries. The benchmark Hang Seng Index dropped by 0.66 percent, or 175.77 points at 26,368.52. In Australia, the benchmark ASX 200 was down by 0.35 percent where resource producers struggled for gains.
