[PHOTO: JONAH ONYANGO]East and Central Handball Africa Club Championship women title holders Nairobi Water picked up two wins to keep their hopes of retaining the title alive. Nairobi Water coach Jack Sandan said he is impressed with the way things are going adding that the second win is a motivator. The champions started their second match of the championship on a high leading Sparklers HC 13-2 in the first quarter. The four-time domestic champions dominated the match as they intensified attacks to extend the lead to 15-2 in the 18th minute. Trailing 15-2, Sparklers HC sought their first technical time out but it did not help as they conceded two more goals.
