Without disclosing which party he was considering, the Larut MP said the proposal to establish a new political party would not be the best path in the current landscape. On the contrary, he said that efforts to strengthen and "reset" an existing party are considered more relevant for the country's future. Hamzah said this when met after attending a Raya breakfast event organised by the Melaka Reset Secretariat at Peringgit Point, here, today. Meanwhile, Hamzah said Reset Melaka will participate in the state election, which is expected to be held by December at the latest. However, Hamzah did not say in what capacity Reset Melaka will take part in the election.
