Former State Minister for Revenue Hammad Azhar on Monday took oath as a federal minister in Islamabad. President Dr Arif Alvi administered the oath at a ceremony in Aiwan-e-Sadr to Azhar, who will keep the same portfolio. Hammad presented the federal budget for the current financial year, after which the prime minister had hinted at making him a federal minister.
