Hamilton reported 147 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday as multiple outbreaks across the city continued to grow. The outbreak at Juravinski Hospital Unit F4 has increased from five to eight cases, and St. Thomas More Children's Centre has doubled to four COVID-19 cases total. There were 74 new cases reported, bringing the number of cases seen through the pandemic to 14,434. Halton reported 137 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday for a total of 15,842 cases reported during the pandemic. There have been 17 B117 cases and 32 more cases that screened positive as a variant of concern.
