GREEN BAY, WIS. — Retired quarterback Brett Favre says he made three trips to rehabilitation centres during his Pro Football Hall of Fame career to fight his dependence on painkillers and alcohol. Favre played in the NFL from 1991-2010 with Atlanta, Green Bay, the New York Jets and Minnesota and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016.
