HALIFAX—A handful of Haligonians lined up Wednesday morning outside the NSLC’s one cannabis-only store to be among the first in the province to legally purchase pot. More than 60 people were lined up outside the Clyde St. NSLC — the only standalone cannabis store in the province — by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, waiting for the store to open.
