HALIFAX—Police have arrested a woman and charged her with arson after witnesses reported seeing her standing over fires in the lobbies and hallways of two Dartmouth apartment buildings. In a Saturday morning news release, Halifax Regional Police said a 44-year-old woman had been arrested as the suspect in two cases of arson. just before midnight Friday and another in the 100 block of Albro Lake Rd. David Boon told Star Halifax that the suspect collected flyers, or printed advertising, from within the apartment buildings and set them ablaze. A man who lives at the Albro Lake Rd.
