Mr Haji has instead returned the 11 inquiry files with advice that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission should conduct further investigations. Among the files that the DPP has returned to the EACC for further investigation involves irregular procurement of rig moving services at the Geothermal Development Company (GDC) and inflation of costs.
