At least two sudden hailstorms left streets around Hamilton and the wider region dusted in white on Monday morning as turbulent spring weather sweeps through. During one downpour about 8.45am, Waikato police Senior Sergeant Ray Malcolmson said four cars went skidding on the Waikato Expressway.
