Habtamu Ayalew offers his view of the situation surrounding the Bahir Dar incident and the aftermath of it. Most Ethiopians have entirely rejected government narrative of the June 22 development in Bahir Dar. Majority of Ethiopians now seem to believe that the Bahir Dar incident was set up in a plot to weaken political forces in Amhara region including ADP and National Movement of Amhara (NaMA).
