This is according to regulations in the Human Resource Management Professionals Act, 2012. According to the law, any human resource practitioner must have sat and passed three levels of the Certified Human Resource Management Professionals examinations. The date coincided with the three-year period of training for beginners who have just completed Form Four and have not pursued any human resource-related course. However, for those with diploma, degree or Higher National Diploma in human resource-related courses, they are exempted from studying some units in the three levels of CHRP.
