HNEC extends voting card collection deadline to 1 DecemberBy Sami Zaptia. Tripoli, 27 November 2021:Libya’s High National Elections Commission (HNEC) today extended the deadline for registered voters to collect their voting cards until Wednesday 1 December. The original deadline for collecting voting cards was tomorrow. For example, war damage to some polling stations, mostly schools, has meant they were relocated to other locations. There have also been reports of some voter cards being inexplicably distributed to far away polling stations.
