Stocks barely moved in Hong Kong today ahead of a decison by the US Federal Reserve. The benchmark Hang Seng Index is at 24,801.94, up by just 29.18, or 0.12 percent. In mainland China, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index is higher by 1.05 percent at 3,261.76. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Composite Index climbed by 1.64 percent at 2,209.41.
