Among the local cases, about 60 are linked to previous cases. The Hospital Authority said the death toll climbed to 15 after a 63-year-old male confirmed patient with chronic illness passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital this afternoon. He was admitted to the hospital on July 16 and was being treated at an intensive care unit after his condition deteriorated. The occupancy rate of negative pressure bed and wards are 74.6 percent and 76.9 percent, respectively.
