The bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mostafizur Rahman issued the rule on Tuesday, after hearing a writ petition, reports UNB. Kamal Hossain said: “As per as the primary school teacher recruitment rules- 2013, the vacant posts must be filled with 60 % women candidates, 20 % dependents and the remaining 20 % male candidates. A total of 18,147 candidates were qualified in the written tests for the post of assistant teachers in the government primary schools. The results of the written examination were published on December 24, 2019, said a press release of Primary Education Department. Sixteen candidates filed the writ as the recruitment test results published did not follow the rules.
