File photo of the High Court building Dhaka TribuneThe actor’s ex-wife filed a writ to take custody of their sonThe High Court has ordered actor Siddiqur Rahman to give his six-and-half-year old son to his ex-wife Maria Mim. The bench of Justice M Enayetur Rahim and Justice Md Mustafizur Rahman came up with the order after hearing a writ filed by Maria for taking the duo’s son in her custody on Wednesday. According to the order, from now on the child will live with his mother for five days every week and Siddiqur can keep him for two days of each week. The court also suggested the Siddiqur and Mim to go to the family court, to resolve any dispute they have regarding the custody of the child. Barrister Jyotirmoy Barua stood for Maria while Advocate Mohammad Ali stood for Siddiqur.
