By PTI | Posted 27-Jun-2016The Bombay High Court on Monday dismissed a PIL challenging the RBI's decision prohibiting the general public from taking photographs of its building and premises in south Mumbai. The court also said that it was refraining from imposing costs on the petitioner for filing a frivolous plea. Today you (petitioner) want to take photos of RBI, tomorrow you will want to take photos of Lok Sabha," a bench comprising Justices A S Oka and A A Sayyed said. "We fails to understand how this petition and the issue raised in it falls in public interest. The PIL was filed by city resident Arul Mozhi Selvan, after the Reserve Bank of India in its reply to his letter stated that due to security concerns the general public has been restrained from taking photographs and video of its building and premises.
