Green Line Paribahan Manager Abdus Sattar informed the High Court that owner of the Green Line Paribahan is in India for medical treatment. Previously on March 31, a four-member bench led by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain ordered the Green Line Paribahan to pay Tk50 lakh to Russel, as compensation, by Wednesday, while giving a hearing on an appeal filed by Green Line. Also Read- Top court orders Green Line Paribahan to pay Rasel Tk50 lakhAnd earlier on March 12, the High Court ordered Green Line to pay compensation to Rasel Sarkar within 14 days. Green Line was asked to respond to the ruling within four weeks. On April 28 that year, a luxury Green Line coach rear-ended the car Rasel was driving.
