GUWAHATI: The Indian monthly sports magazine, Sportstar, will hold its first-ever North-East Sports Conclave today in Guwahati, where notable personalities will discuss important issues affecting the state's sports business. Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Chief Minister of Assam, will also speak about his aspirations to expand sports infrastructure projects in the Northeast. Former Indian football captain Bhaichung Bhutia, Satish K Sarhadi, Director – Sports Association of India (SAI), RC Guwahati, India hockey player Kothajit Singh, and Olympic bronze medalist M.C. The Conclave will be televised live on the Sporstar website – sportstar.thehindu.com – on November 26, 2021, from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The inaugural Sportstar Sports Conclave took held in Kerala in July, and it's worth mentioning.
