Photo: Hindustan TimesGurgaon: Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Monday announced that Gurgaon Development Authority (GDA) will be set up to ensure smooth running of affairs and a project to develop the city as a ‘Super Smart’ will be implemented with a corpus fund of Rs.500 crore. Informing that formalities for setting up of GDA will be completed over the next few weeks, Khattar said, “Gurgaon Development Authority will be set up. Haryana minister Rao Narbir Singh had stressed on the need for Gurgaon Development Authority, in view the rapid urbanisation in the NCR. All hindrances in rapid development of Gurgaon are being removed, Khattar said. City Bus Service would be introduced in big cities including Gurgaon, Khattar said.
