Ram Gupta was the CEO of Cast Iron (Systems) that was acquired by IBM . I wanted to, in general, understand how large companies are run. There are multiple such things that I have learnt from Ram. In my case, I wanted a go-to person for anything and every thing I wanted to brain storm on. It is not one big bang idea, it is multiple small things.
