Unknown gunmen have shot dead a clergyman, popularly called Prophet ThankGod Abam, at his residence in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital. The Guardian gathered from sources that he was in Port Harcourt for his son’s dedication tomorrow. “Prophet ThankGod Abam Ubi was my bestman during my wedding and his wife was my wife’s chief bridesmaid…. ThankGod Abam Ubi, nothing has the capacity to cage the spirit of a warrior. The Rivers State Police Command spokesperson, Nnamdi Omoni, who confirmed the death, said efforts were on to unravel the killers.
