The east African country is one among the ten countries that have maintained fastest economic growth globally, Ambassador of Guinea to Ethiopia Sidibe Fatoumata Kaba said. Indicating her country's good relations with Ethiopia developed over the past years, the ambassador affirmed the interest to emulate Ethiopia's experiences in various areas, with due emphasis given to Ethiopia's economic development. Fatoumata Kaba also revealed that the Guinean President Alpha Conde has already given instructions to ministers of finance, industry and international cooperation to benchmark Ethiopia's development experience in various sectors, including agriculture. Guinea, its economy largely dependent on agriculture and mineral production, is the world's second largest producer of bauxite and has rich deposits of diamonds and gold.
