A Dutch citizen has pleaded guilty to careless driving over a crash that killed a Dunedin woman earlier this year. Rosie Ann Crozier (21) died in the crash on State Highway 1, near Morven in South Canterbury, on June 5. In the Timaru District Court yesterday, Allan Hofstra​ (21) pleaded guilty to careless driving causing injury and death, the Timaru Herald reports. Ms Crozier died at the scene. A passenger in the car with Ms Crozier was airlifted to Dunedin Hospital with multiple injuries.
