MANCHESTER, England (AP) " Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has cast doubt on whether goalkeeper Joe Hart remains part of the club's long-term plans. City has been linked with a move for goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who plays for Guardiola's former club Barcelona.
