GEORGE TOWN: The prosecution in the corruption trial of Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng on Monday called its first witness, blogger Mohsin Abdul Latheef. Lim and businesswoman Phang Li Koon pleaded not guilty to the amended charges, read out before judge Datuk Hadhariah Syed Ismail. The amended charge involved the change of "civil servant" to public officer". Phang also pleaded not guilty to an amended charge with abetting Lim in obtaining the bungalow at an undervalued cost at the same place and date.
