Alan Moncayo, who is a single father, Navy veteran making deliveries for Grubhub between jobs. Upon making his delivery, Alan had asked the staff if he could meet this sweet pup, named Jihoo, he viewed through the window. Not only was he informed he could do so, he learned the shelter was having a promotion during the super bowl weekend. Alan and his daughter decided right then and there that Jihoo was meant to be apart of their family. This family went to make a delivery and ended up leaving with their own treasure!
