In an interview with ET Now,, speaks on the company's numbers and how the earnings are likely to shape up going forward. Edited excerpts:The very first factor is obviously that there has been a healthy growth in the volume of disbursements, which have grown by 27% for the company as a whole. Under a pure home loan business the growth has been to the tune of 38%. We have repaid most of the bank borrowings and that has helped reduce our borrowing cost. I think it will all depend on how the interest rate movement takes place going forward.
