It found 56 per cent of respondents plan to vote for legalising cannabis for personal use on September 19. Support for legalising pot continues to grow after the last Horizon poll in February registered 54 per cent support for the bill. However, a November 2018 Helius cannabis survey registered the highest support for legalising cannabis for personal use at 60 per cent.
