The Better Education Service Delivery has re-integrated 98,000 out-of-school children into the formal education system in Adamawa State. Degereji added that the grant was used in transforming basic education service delivery of the state. The state was able to re-integrate a total of 98,000 out-of-school children into the formal education system. “This programme started in 2017 by design but the government of that time did not participate until 2019 when this state government now joined the other states. In the first year which is 2019/2020, we took 53,000 out-of-school children and enrolled them into the formal education system.”
