A group, Youth Lead Nigeria Movement on Friday, called on President Muhammadu Buhari to consider the issues raised by former President Chief Olusegun Obasanjo in a 13 paged letter sent to him recently. Recall that Chief Obasanjo had earlier this week, sent a letter to President Muhammadu Buhari, where he raised many issues which he considered the President had not done enough to address. The National Coordinator of the Youth group, Pelumi Olajengbesi during a Press Conference in Abuja, said “we read with appreciation former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s open letter to Mr President advising him against seeking re-election in next year Presidential election. “Our position in that General Olusegun Obasanjo, having served in twice in said capacity and once as a military Head of State, is pre-eminently qualified to speak on the issues he raised, and present a scorecard favourable or not against the President Buhari let government. While commending the government for the recent arrest of the for Secretary to the Federal Government, Babachir Lawal, the group wondered why the arrest came on the heels of Obasanjo’s open letter to President Buhari.
