Both the apps were launched by Anup Kumar, the additional general manager of East Central Railway, who was here on a day-long visit. The apps, developed by IIT Roorkee students Devanshu Mishra and Akash Chetty, have been funded by the Dhanbad division. The AGM, who was accompanied by Dhanbad divisional railway manager Manoj Krishna Akhauri, said both the apps will be immensely beneficial. The East Central Railway has sent both the apps to the railway board so that it can be used on the national level. The other application will help people to their complaints through the app directly to the officer concerned."
