Greenmeadows has been fully operational since March last year, but the “legal process” over its troubled construction has not finished yet. Stuff Sodden beams under the eaves were just one of the construction issues which beset the Greenmeadows construction. Council chief executive Pat Dougherty did not agree to an interview but said in a statement that the review had not been started, but would eventually. “The legal process around Greenmeadows Centre is ongoing and it would be inappropriate to start the external review prior to this being completed,” he said. “I want to reassure people that we will be doing the review, we just have to take some time.”
