A manager who admitted he was greedy has been sentenced to home detention for his part in a $4.1 million property fraud. Peng Pian, of Hauraki on Auckland's North Shore, previously admitted three charges of obtaining by deception in relation to a property investment for offshore investors. Justice Simon Moore sentenced the 38-year-old to eight months of home detention, at the High Court at Auckland on Friday.
